Music is a vibrant ministry at First Presbyterian Church. Each worship service is an exciting event, with director Steve Torrence combining the magnificant 2060-pipe Balcom & Vaughan organ (played by Gary Norris) with choirs, bells and special music of all types.

The Chancel Choir at First Presbyterian Church in Everett is dedicated to providing a wide variety of choral music as special music during the Sunday worship service and leading the congregation in group singing. Membership is open to all those who love to sing and have had some previous choral singing experience. The Chancel Choir meets every Thursday evening at 7:30 p.m. in the Choir Room in East Calvin Lounge. The 25 to 30 voice Chancel Choir sings in worship each Sunday morning during the 10:00 a.m. service. There are occasional extra performances during holiday seasons such as Easter and Christmas. |
