FPCE COVID-19 UPDATES
March 25, 2020
To all members, friends, and the community of the First Presbyterian Church of Everett;
Beginning today at the close of business, in accordance with the Governor’s “Stay Home, Stay Healthy” directive for a two-week ban on all public gatherings, the facility of the First Presbyterian Church of Everett will be closed to all activities.
Our facility will be closed from Wednesday March 25th at 5pm through Wednesday April 8th.
Our Session meets and keeps in contact weekly and any decisions to reopen or remain closed will be made and communicated before Thursday April 9th.
We know this is a hard decision. We understand this may cause inconveniences with groups and will stretch us as a community. We will worship on March 29th and April 5th (Palm Sunday) virtually. We do not know if we will be able to gather for worship on Easter. These are fluid and interesting times. No matter when our facility reopens or how we gather for worship, we will celebrate God’s goodness, grace, and love that is constantly with us.
Please check our web site (www.firstpreschurch.com) for current information.
